Client Service Associate

Domtar is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This full-time entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in client service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded - Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing them with the necessary information and resources - Work closely with the sales team to support client retention and growth initiatives - Keep track of client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM software - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports

Requirements: - Adaptable and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
