The Client Service Manager at American Airlines Group in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA is a critical role responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention. This individual will be tasked with managing a portfolio of key accounts, delivering exceptional service, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet them - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding the client base - Monitor client satisfaction levels through regular feedback sessions and surveys, making necessary improvements to enhance the overall experience - Develop and implement client retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize revenue potential
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field - 7+ years of experience in customer service or account management - Proven track record of successfully managing high-value clients and exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving - Driven and motivated to achieve results - Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment - Leadership qualities to inspire and mentor junior team members
