Job Description:
Weyerhaeuser is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Client Service Manager at Weyerhaeuser, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time - Monitor and track client feedback to continuously improve our services and offerings - Create and maintain client service strategies to drive growth and retention - Provide regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders on client performance and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in client service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Highly motivated and customer-focused - Strong project management skills - Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
