Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at O’Reilly Automotive in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for retaining and expanding our client base.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Develop and implement client retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 5. Monitor client satisfaction metrics and take corrective actions when necessary to improve customer experience. 6. Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss concerns, and address any issues that arise. 7. Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate client needs and drive business growth.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relationship management. 3. Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 6. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
