Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description: As a Client Service Manager at Telephone & Data Systems in Toronto, Ontario, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your primary duty will be to manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance to meet their needs and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of outstanding service and solutions to your clients.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business objectives - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on performance and progress - Proactively identify opportunities for additional services or upselling to enhance the client experience - Resolve any client escalations or issues, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution - Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, address feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights to clients


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client service or account management roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Dedication and motivation to exceed client expectations - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent time management and organizational skills
