Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


CIBC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Client Service Manager at CIBC, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and support for our clients. This includes managing client relationships, overseeing client projects, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Ensure all client projects are completed on time and within budget - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client service or account management role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Passionate and motivated to deliver top-notch service to clients - Attention to detail and strong project management skills
