Client Service Officer

Job Description: As a Client Service Officer at Cardinal Health, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and help build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Provide product information and support to clients as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any potential concerns

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and dedicated with a positive attitude - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus - Strong people management and leadership skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
