Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description: National Oilwell Varco is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a full-time, work from home position with an associate level seniority and a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, passionate, possess strong problem-solving skills, and excel in collaboration.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support - Handle client inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Identify opportunities for improvement and assist in the development of client service strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to effectively support clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in client service, customer support, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients - Strong problem-solving skills and a cooperative attitude
