Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Kimberly-Clark, a global leader in personal care and consumer goods, is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues and deliverables - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to effectively address client needs - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Attention to detail and excellent time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
