Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Fidelity Canada in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with no prior experience but with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company. As a Remote Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and account maintenance. 3. Educate clients on financial products and services offered by Fidelity Canada. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients. 7. Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving personal and team goals.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. 2. Resilient and resourceful mindset to handle challenging client situations. 3. High emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with client needs. 4. Strong planning and organizational skills to multitask and prioritize effectively. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
