Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Norfolk Southern, a leading transportation company, is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a full-time, work-from-home position ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Provide product and service information to clients, guiding them through the purchasing process as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality, able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients - Highly adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required - Must have a quiet work space, reliable internet connection, and home office setup - Equal Opportunity Employer
