Job Description:
SAP Canada, a leading technology company, is seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be energetic, resilient, have strong communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote assistance to clients in using SAP products and services. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and product quality. 5. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles. 3.
