As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and claims handling - Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support to clients - Identify opportunities to improve client experience and communicate feedback to management - Help maintain accurate client records and documentation - Support marketing and sales initiatives by promoting our services to existing clients

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
