Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


Keyera Corp is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Client Support Associate in our Toronto office. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience who is looking to kickstart their career in client support and relationship management.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, responding in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in the company database - Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider client support team as needed - Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience - Attend client meetings and calls to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field - Strong project management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional client service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working in a client-facing role is a plus
