Job Description:
UGI is seeking a highly skilled Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client support and management, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote client support specialists and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote client support specialists, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support - Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment - Handle escalated client issues and ensure resolution in a timely manner - Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching to team members - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
