Job Description: As a Client Support Officer at Harley-Davidson in Montreal, Quebec, CA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the main point of contact for any client inquiries or concerns, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. 2. Assist clients with product information, orders, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate client records and update database with relevant information. 4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 6. Provide feedback to management on client trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 4. Strong planning and organizational skills. 5. Creative problem-solving abilities. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
