Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Telephone & Data Systems is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for dedicated and driven individuals who possess strong people management and persuasion skills to provide exceptional client support remotely.

Responsibilities: - Providing remote assistance to clients regarding inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Communicating effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner - Documenting client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues - Staying up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a focus on providing excellent customer service - Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
