Job Description - Client Support Representative


Job Description:


Genesis Healthcare, a leading healthcare company in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate should be energetic, passionate, analytical, and adaptable.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Manage client accounts, keeping detailed records and delivering reports as needed. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better assist clients. - Strive to exceed client expectations and build long-lasting relationships.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred. - 4+ years of experience in a client support role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and provide strategic solutions. - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities as needed.
