Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description: Entergy is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Client Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and efficiently - Conduct thorough research to find solutions to client problems and provide recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client support efforts and ensure a seamless experience for clients - Track and report on client interactions, identifying trends and areas for improvement - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and establishing a strong foundation for the client relationship - Maintain a strong knowledge of Entergy's products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service offerings and enhance the overall client experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research skills and the ability to problem solve effectively - Proven ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
