Job Description:
Spectra Energy is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 3. Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payment processing. 4. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training on our products and services. 5. Gather feedback from clients to improve our products and services. 6. Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in a client support role, ideally in the energy industry. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Adaptability to changing client needs and industry trends. 5. Excellent people management skills. 6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
