Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Seaboard is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our contact center operations by providing excellent customer service and assistance to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Providing information about products, services, and company policies - Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues - Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Supporting contact center operations by performing administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism - Strong computer skills and experience using CRM systems - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Planning and cooperation soft skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Must be eligible to work in Canada
