Job Description:
Genworth Financial is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, you will work remotely to provide support to our contact center operations.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to assist with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Use various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to address customer needs and resolve issues. 3. Conduct research and gather information to effectively respond to customer inquiries. 4. Assist in planning and executing contact center strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. 6. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security of customer information. 9. Meet or exceed contact center metrics and goals to contribute to overall team success.
Requirements: 1. Independent and confident individual who can work effectively in a remote setting. 2. Strong research and planning skills to gather information and solve customer issues. 3. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Must have access to a secure and reliable internet connection. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
