Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a key member of our contact center operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Educate customers on banking products and services, promoting cross-selling opportunities. 4. Support customers with account inquiries, transactions, and technical troubleshooting. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. 6. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. 8. Assist in training new hires and providing ongoing support to team members as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 6. Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs. 7. Driven to achieve individual and team goals. 8. Presentation skills and leadership qualities. 9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
