Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team at Harley-Davidson, a leading motorcycle manufacturer. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency 3. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns 4. Upsell products and services to increase sales and customer satisfaction 5. Provide accurate information about Harley-Davidson products and promotions 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience 7. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the Harley-Davidson brand with pride

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Confident and reliable personality traits 3. Strong persuasion and time management skills 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
