Job Description - Contact Center Officer


Job Description:


Devon Energy is seeking a reliable and dedicated Contact Center Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer inquiries and issues. 3. Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately. 4. Maintain customer records and update information in the system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of problems. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions. 7. Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial resolutions. 8. Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures. 9. Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service targets. 7. Innovation and negotiation skills. 8. Reliable and dedicated work ethic.
