Job Description - Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Sherwin-Williams is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contact Center Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to management when necessary. 3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and innovation skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
