Contact Center Officer - Work from home

We are looking for a driven and confident Contact Center Officer to join our team at World Fuel Services. This is a full-time position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

As a Contact Center Officer, your main responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and concerns. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding matters.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, confident, and able to think critically in fast-paced situations. Leadership skills are also important as you may be required to lead training sessions or mentor new team members. A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence are essential in this role.
