Job Description:
Dollar General is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a remote contact center environment. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through telephone, email, and chat support. 2. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Utilize CRM software to accurately document customer interactions and maintain records. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call and email response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a remote contact center environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
