Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Peter Kiewit Sons’ in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate level position, the Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers - Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders and updating customer records in our system - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Reliable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Highly cooperative and able to work effectively under pressure - Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using customer service software
