Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Erie Insurance Group is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding insurance claims, policies, and general inquiries - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Update customer information in the company database accurately - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations - Meet or exceed performance metrics in areas such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity


Requirements: - Confident and driven personality to handle challenging customer interactions effectively - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment - Adaptability to navigate various systems and processes to assist customers efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Customer service experience preferred
