Remote Customer Care Assistant

USAA is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a full-time entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries or issues - Assist customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and product information - Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy - Use independent judgment to make decisions that align with company policies and procedures - Research and analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and meet team goals - Maintain a high level of adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Proficient in research methodologies and project management techniques - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working remotely or in a virtual customer service role is a plus - Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
