Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

McKesson is currently seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance - Processing orders and returns accurately - Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Handling escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Independent and hardworking - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities
