Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Associate at Farmers Insurance Exchange, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Montreal, Quebec, CA. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and concerns - Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, and claims processes - Process policy renewals, cancellations, and updates in our system - Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Passionate about helping others and solving problems - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members - Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and drive sales
