Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

The Customer Care Associate at HRG Group is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This entry-level position requires a motivated and independent individual who is able to creatively analyze and address customer needs. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and build strong relationships with them.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a high level of customer service - Providing product information and support to customers - Processing orders and returns accurately - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintaining customer records and updating information in the system - Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
