Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team at PVH in Toronto, Ontario. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and work closely with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train, mentor, and coach customer service representatives - Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Utilize customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in our services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Soft skills in persuasion and research - Visa sponsorship available
