Job Description: Targa Resources is seeking a hardworking and confident Customer Care Manager to join our team. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Montreal, Quebec. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, and resolving any customer issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing leadership, support, and guidance - Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
