Emerson Electric is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. In this full-time entry-level position, the Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Provide product information and technical support - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience - Meet productivity and quality standards
