Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at CST Brands in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an entry-level position, the Customer Service Assistant will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints 3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently 4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment 5. Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer expectations 6. Demonstrate excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone 7. Assist with inventory management and restocking products 8. Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role 2. Hardworking and driven individual who strives for excellence 3. Strong people management skills and the ability to negotiate effectively 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 5. Basic math skills and attention to detail 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 7. Must be reliable and punctual 8. High school diploma or equivalent
