Job Description - Remote Customer Service Associate


Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sears Holdings in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Resilient and resourceful in handling challenging situations - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Comfortable using various software programs and tools for customer service - Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
