Job Description:


Manulife, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account maintenance, transactions, and policy inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot any issues that arise and escalate complex cases to senior team members. 4. Provide guidance and support to customers on our products and services. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Meet performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 2. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work independently. 3. Strong leadership skills to guide customers through complex issues. 4. Effective decision-making abilities to handle customer concerns promptly. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent education.
