Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home


Job Description: Capital One Financial is seeking a talented Customer Service Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a full-time, work from home position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires at least 7 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be passionate, reliable, detail-oriented, and analytical.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver exceptional service to our clients - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service operations - Train and coach customer service representatives to meet performance goals - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Prepare and present performance reports to senior management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Previous experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Knowledge of best practices in customer service management
