Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Honeywell International is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat communication channels - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Building relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Utilizing problem-solving skills to address challenging situations - Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals - Maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism at all times - Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong leadership and negotiation skills - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
