Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Union Pacific in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service to our clients. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on Union Pacific's products and services.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing information on Union Pacific's products and services to customers - Processing customer orders and tracking shipments - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
