Job Description
Calpine is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a Customer Success Manager at Calpine, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and goals to help them achieve success with our products and services - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer retention and grow revenue - Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Support, to address customer needs and issues - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to gather feedback, provide support, and identify opportunities for upsell - Monitor customer health metrics, identify at-risk accounts, and take proactive steps to prevent churn - Develop and deliver customer training sessions and workshops to increase product adoption and usage - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes and strategies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management - Confidence and reliability in managing customer relationships and driving success - Strong time management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
