Job Description:
NRG Energy is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative working from home in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This full-time, Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be confident, possess strong decision-making skills, and have the ability to effectively manage customer relationships.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to customers to provide assistance and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Help onboard new customers and provide them with guidance on using our products effectively
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers via phone, email, and chat - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools is preferred - Energetic personality and a positive attitude - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively - Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
