Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


As a Customer Success Specialist at Public Service Enterprise Group in Montreal, Quebec, CA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. This Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Provide timely and efficient resolution to customer inquiries and issues, escalating when necessary - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer retention and revenue - Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can improve the overall customer experience - Proactively seek out opportunities to innovate and improve processes to better serve our customers - Lead initiatives to drive customer success and engagement


Requirements: - Passionate about customer success and committed to exceeding customer expectations - Confident in communicating with customers and internal stakeholders - Strong innovation and leadership skills to drive change and continuous improvement - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience using CRM systems and other customer management tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
