Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

The Customer Success Specialist at United Continental Holdings will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This position will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns they may have. This role will work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support throughout their lifecycle.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner - Monitor client usage and engagement to identify any potential risks of churn - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve the overall customer experience - Develop and deliver presentations to clients on product updates, best practices, and other relevant topics - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus
