Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Delek US Holdings is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with the Customer Support Manager to ensure that customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Keep abreast of product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with customer account management and order processing - Provide feedback to the Customer Support Manager on ways to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 4+ years of experience in customer service or support role - Adaptable and motivated personality traits - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
