Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Raytheon is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product or service-related questions, issues, and complaints. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer problems and communicate solutions effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance the customer experience. 7. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify trends or patterns to improve overall service quality. 8. Assist in training new Customer Support team members and providing ongoing support and mentoring.


Requirements: - Personality traits: Independent, confident - Soft skills: Project management, creativity - Proven experience in a customer service or support role for at least 4 years. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
