Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Genworth Financial is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems - Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer support processes


Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong research and planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Experience using customer support software or CRM systems is a plus
